PDH Preservative Application Systems
PDH preservative system monitors and adjusts the flow automatically and the height of the liquid level in the acid tank does not affect the dosing. The amount is adjusted directly from the operating device. The display is clear in l/minute. The start/stop command can be taken, for example, from the position of the pick-up or directly from the 12v output of the harvester.
The alarm system informs if the system is unable to deliver the pre-set amount of preservative. The reason may be a lack of power, an air leak, a clogged filter or nozzle.

Agronic PDH-10
Maximum output 10 l/min. PDH-10 is intended for balers and self-loading wagons.
Agronic PDH-20
maximum output 20 l/min. PDH-20 is sufficient even for the most powerful self-propelled forage harvesters.
USE WITH AGRONIC COMBINATION BALERS
Management takes place directly from the baler controller. In this case, the preservative is alternatively dosed either liters/minute or liters/bale. When the liters/bale function is used, the automation adjusts the quantity according to the average of the previous bales. The consumption of the preservative is shown on the display and the consumed amount is stored in the available memory location. (from year 2008 ACC and 1302RR year 2009). In older machines, management is handled by the PDH operating device. The baler automatically controls the start and stop of the pump.

OPERATOR’S MONITOR EQUIPPED WITH SCREEN AND MEMORY
The general series has an operating monitor with a rotating volume control knob as standard equipment. A display screen is available as an accessory. This operating monitor has a trip meter function, 8 nameable counter memory locations and a programmable transfer pumping function. With the transfer pumping function, the pump switches to the highest speed and pumps the desired amount of liquid and stops automatically after this.
S-CONTROL, AUTOMATION FOR ANY HARVESTING MACHINE
S-control contains three sensor inputs. With the help of these, intelligence can be added to the PDH system. Pumping stops, e.g. when the pick-up is up and during tying and opening the bale chamber. The LCD drive calculates liters/bale or/load. The machine also has the automatic, average-based dosing familiarity from AGRONIC combination balers. The desired number of liters/bale is selected from the settings and the pump adjusts automatically according to the conditions and dispenses the desired number of liters into the bale or load. Preservative consumption is stored in memory locations.
TRANSFER PUMP CONNECTED TO AGRONIC COMBINATION BALER
The amount of liquid to be transferred can be pre-programmed into the baler’s operating system, and when the amount has been pumped, the pumping stops automatically – convenient, for example, when pumping from a larger container to a smaller one.
NOZZLE RODS FOR DIFFERENT HARVESTING MACHINES
In AGRONIC balers, the preservative is sprayed directly into the bale chamber. For general use, fan nozzle bars made of acid-resistant steel and nozzles of different sizes are available.
- GENERAL KIT CONTENTSOn delivery a general set includes a pump unit with a quick attachment, an actuator with a potentiometer, a pressure hose, quick connectors, a suction hose, a bottle hose with a filter and a cap for a 200 l barrel, another suction filter and electrical cables.
- BARREL HOLDERSWe manufacture 2 x 200 l racks for the front linkage and the front loader. We also manufacture racks for AGRONIC balers.
